Returns + Exchanges


Thank you for shopping with The Slip Boutique! We know that not every purchase will fit, and returns are sometimes needed. In the event that you need to make a return, please make sure that your item(s) comply with our return policy. 


- Email our team at with "Return + Your Order Number" in the subject line with your request so we may best help you. 
-Please send all returns to the address below, and include your name and order number on the outside of the package.

- All returns must be postmarked with 30 days of the shipment date.

- You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s).

- Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. 

- Once your package is received, please allow 3-5 business days for return processing.

-All items purchased with a discount code are final sale.


- All sale and discounted items are FINAL SALE. 

- All items purchased using a promo code of any kind are FINAL SALE. 

-All jewelry, scarves, sunglasses, headbands, hats, belts, socks, and undergarments are FINAL SALE. 

- All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, smoke-free, fragrance-free, and with all original tags attached. 

* If the order returned does not fit the return guidelines, the items(s) will be sent back to you, and you will be charged standard shipping rate, OR, we can send the item(s) back to you with a future order upon request. The future order must be placed within 30 days of the postmarked date on the returned package. We will hold non-returnable merchandise for 30 days. After 30 days, the item(s) will be donated to charity. 


- We are happy to accept exchanges for the same item in a different size or color.  Please email our team prior to return to specify what you need to exchange for so we may best help you! We will provide free shipping for the new item, but you are responsible for the return shipping on the original item. 

- Please direct your emails to with "Exchange + Your Order Number" in the subject line.


- Damages item(s) must be reported prior to wearing the garment, and all original tags must still be attached. 

 - We will do our best to replace your damaged item, or provide a credit if unavailable.
