Returns + Exchanges

Items are available for STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY within 14 DAYS of purchase.

Please note that any SALE/CLEARANCE items or items bought at a DISCOUNT are FINAL SALE and ineligible for exchange or store credit.

Unfortunately, after the 14 days, we are unable to accept the return.

If your item was shipped, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to get a store credit.

Items must be presented in the same condition as when they were received: unworn, undamaged, unwashed, unaltered, free of: stains, dog hair, perfume, smoke or any other odors and deodorant marks. Original tags must still be attached. Items that do not meet this policy will not be eligible for store credit or exchange.

Seasonal items, sale items and discounted items are FINAL SALE. All swimwear, lingerie, jewelry, hats, sunglasses, and hair accessories are FINAL SALE. We do not offer price adjustments for items that go on sale after the date of purchase. If you are shipping item(s) back to us, please ensure it is within this RETURN POLICY's guidelines. You may request a return label from us for a $10 deduction from your store credit amount.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

RETURN PROCESS:

- Email our team at returns@shoptheslip.com with "Return + Your Order Number" in the subject line with your request so we may best help you. 

- All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date order is received.
  • You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s).
  • You may request a return label from us for a $10 deduction from your store credit amount.

- Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. 

- Once your package is received, please allow 3-5 business days for return processing.

EXCHANGES:

- We are happy to accept exchanges for the same item in a different size or color.  Please email our team prior to return to specify what you need to exchange for so we may best help you! We will provide free shipping for the new item, but you are responsible for the return shipping of the original item. 

- Please direct your emails to returns@shoptheslip.com with "Exchange + Your Order Number" in the subject line.

DAMAGES:

- Damaged item(s) must be reported with in 14 days of receipt of your order and prior to wearing. All original tags must still be attached. 

 - We will do our best to replace your damaged item, or provide a credit if unavailable.
